Ken Guthrie

While Libby is the star of the show, Ken is the "producer and director" of the show! An alumnus of the University of California at Davis, Ken is a true California native, born in L.A. Except for his service in the Marine Corps, Ken has been a California resident all of his life.

For over 25 years, Ken worked as a General Contractor before he became a real estate agent. This experience gives him an advanced understanding of residential construction, which he puts to use in advising both new and experienced homebuyers.

Ken uses his strong organization skills, understanding of computers, and marketing expertise to successfully manage the overall operation of the Guthrie Group.
